Emotology

Emotology is the science that focuses on negative or unpleasant emotions and their impact on human life.

An emotologist is an emotions consultant. At an emotologist, you’ll find someone who listens to you, understands you, doesn’t ridicule you, and neither evaluates nor devalues your emotions and feelings. Everything concerning you is taken seriously and is important here. You’ll find someone who doesn’t give you advice, doesn’t tell you who you are, doesn’t judge you, and doesn’t dictate what you should or shouldn’t do. It’s crucial that you can make your own decisions. And only you can know what you’re feeling right now. The emotologist will help you identify, understand, work on, and release your feelings or emotions.

Clients come to me when they feel emotionally overwhelmed. Emotions begin to take control of the person and manifest as constant offenses, arguments, anger, and irritation, feelings of dissatisfaction with life, work, relationships, as well as various fears that hinder their existence.

If positive emotions give us the necessary energy to move forward, negative emotions act as a destructive factor.

It is important to express emotions rather than to accumulate them within oneself. Emotions are energy, and they will seek an outlet, blocking blood circulation in the body and thus causing psychosomatic illnesses.

In our body, there is an emotional vessel, located approximately from the abdominal cavity to the throat (like a large container). All unexpressed and unexperienced negative emotions are stored in this vessel. We try to avoid returning there because it is painful and unpleasant to immerse ourselves in these repressed emotions. Over the years, all the emotions stored there begin to ferment and make themselves felt. And at some point, it all explodes.

The emotologist gently and softly untangles these emotions in the emotional vessel, helping the client to extract and fully experience them. Using special techniques, emotions such as resentment, anger, rage, hatred, and fear resurface.

You experience them in broad daylight, thereby releasing your emotional vessel. I’m just guiding the entire process. Once the negative emotion is identified, experienced, and accepted by another person, it no longer belongs to you. It has no reason to exist anymore. Then, a positive emotion, filled with joy and happiness, takes its place.

The Process of an Emotology Session

All emotions reside in our subconscious, which is why we often struggle to control them because we do not see them. During sessions, we identify these emotions using special techniques directly in the subconscious, through sensations in the body. This is the first step.

In the second step, it is important to release these emotions, to express them, so that they do not remain inside. Here, special techniques are also applied, allowing the emotions to be experienced, released, and preventing their return.

In the third step, it is imperative that someone else accepts this emotion. The identification of the emotion, its experience, and its acceptance by someone else are the key steps. Although friends or loved ones may accept the emotion, unfortunately, not everyone is ready to accept negative emotions. This is where an emotologist, a specialist in emotion management, becomes necessary.

By following these three steps in a session, you can permanently get rid of this emotion. This is the plan to solve your problem.
